My name is Davie Lau, and I’m the founder of Harbourvale Group. I’ve spent over 20 years helping organizations across industries navigate growth, change, and operational complexity. Born and raised in Metro Vancouver, I’ve built my career as a hands-on operator, problem solver, and advisor to businesses of all sizes.

While I currently own a technology consulting firm, my work has always been rooted in improving how businesses run — whether that’s streamlining operations, strengthening teams, or building systems that support long-term success. I’ve partnered with companies ranging from local service providers to nationally recognized brands like Lush Cosmetics and the Seattle Mariners, as well as enterprise organizations such as Finning International. Across all of them, my focus has been the same: helping businesses become stronger, more resilient, and more efficient.

I’m now looking to acquire and operate a business outside the tech sector — ideally one with strong foundations and a loyal team. My goal is to bring steady leadership, operational discipline, and a long-term mindset to a company I can help grow for years to come.
